We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at info@ultramade.com.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard UAE Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Express UAE Delivery: 1 business day (available in select locations)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE.

  • Express delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.


6. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners across the UAE to ensure timely and safe delivery. These may include Aramex, Emirates Post, Quiqup, or others depending on your location.


7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the shipment, re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked undeliverable due to customer unavailability or incorrect shipping information, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
