Return & Refund Policy

At Ultramade we are committed to providing premium-quality health and fitness supplements. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items marked as Final Sale, promotional giveaways, or opened supplements are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@ultramade.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided, at your own expense.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If your return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please email info@ultramade.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging.
We will investigate and send a replacement or process a refund if applicable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return (see above for conditions).
